Tomorrow’s Jobs PAC plans an IE supporting Hilary Franz (WA-06)

The planned program supporting Franz includes targeted digital and social media advertising plus direct mail.

Washington, DC (July 1, 2024) — Today, Tomorrow’s Jobs—a national group supporting Democrats with small business, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial backgrounds—announced plans for an independent expenditure (IE) supporting Hilary Franz for Congress in Washington’s 6th Congressional District.

The planned effort that the group is actively raising funds to execute includes:

  • Digital and social media advertising: Programmatic digital and social media ads, including video, deliver hundreds of thousands of impressions to likely special general election voters; and

“Hilary Franz is the fighter we need in Congress,” said Brett Broesder, the founding executive director of Tomorrow’s Jobs. “Now more than ever, with Trump and MAGA extremists attacking abortion rights and climate protections, we need Hilary Franz taking them on. We’re thrilled to actively support her candidacy—joining dozens of tribes, first responders, unions, pro-choice groups, and more—to help her win in August and November.”

The team running a program for Tomorrow’s Jobs PAC in support of Hilary Franz (WA-06)—comprised of Terrance Green (4C Partners) on media, Achim Bergmann (BergmannZwerdling) on direct mail, and Brett Broesder (Tomorrow’s Jobs) running point—has a successful track record. They previously ran an award-winning effort supporting Gabe Amo for Congress (RI-01) in 2023 on behalf of the organization’s sister PAC, Democrats Serve, which supports Democrats with public service backgrounds.

Tomorrow’s Jobs officially launched late last year and has made several endorsements in 2024 elections, including: Incumbent House Democrats: Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (WA-03) and Jim Himes (CT-04); US House Candidates: Janelle Bynum (OR-05), Rebecca Cooke (WI-03), Mike Davey (FL-27), Hilary Franz (WA-06), Colin Van Ostern (NH-02), Luz Rivas (CA-29), Kristen McDonald Rivet (MI-08), Amish Shah (AZ-01), Missy Cotter Smasal (VA-02), Raquel Terán (AZ-03), and Derek Tran (CA-45).

The Tomorrow’s Jobs PAC effort includes recruiting, training, and supporting Democrats with experience creating jobs in communities, including small business owners, entrepreneurs, and non-profit executives.
